Carolyn Trachtenbroit

Carolyn Trachtenbroit is a Program Manager in the Education Programs department at the Association of Cancer Care Centers (ACCC), where she leads national and state-level oncology education initiatives focused on workforce development, multidisciplinary care, and health equity. Based in New Jersey, she lives with her husband and two children and brings over a decade of nonprofit association management experience, including roles in continuing education, meeting planning, and project management. Carolyn has worked in oncology since 2018, and after losing her father to cancer shortly after his diagnosis during her childhood, she became deeply committed to advancing patient-centered care and advocacy. In her current role, she leads the development of educational resources for diverse multidisciplinary team members across community and academic cancer programs, with a growing emphasis on supporting adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients.
